ESTAR JUNTOS performance in the public space //

Open session in the public space, result of the Workshop – Laboratory for older adults ESTAR JUNTOS carried out by the artist Víctor Prados Pinto.

This is a space for meeting and creation, where we explore old age as a complex phenomenon, that is, a cane is not enough to define it. It’s called a laboratory because we’re going to experiment with ourselves. It is an exercise to confront traditional social values ​​and their transformation, a time for old age itself to take the streets, to be present and expose a point of view in a creative way in this era of individualism, passive consumerism and excessive technologies. We are going to use the body and the voice as tools that help us build our own communication devices to show the world our desires, our aspirations, our worries, that we are still here, more alive than ever!
We are all going to get old, the interesting thing is in which way.
